Privacy & project enquiries

When you request a renovation, fit-out or construction estimate, we ask for your email, mobile number, property location, type of property and brief project details. You may also give your name and additional information voluntarily.

Why we collect these details

We use this information to prepare an indicative estimate, identify the relevant scope, answer your questions, arrange site visits where appropriate and follow up on your enquiry. We may retain basic technical attribution data, such as the page used to submit a request, to understand which services generate enquiries.

Where the details go

Dubai Lux Renovate operates within the Unicorn business group. Enquiries from our estimate tools may be stored in the group's lead-management system and shared with authorized staff handling your request. We use service providers for hosting, secure recordkeeping and customer communication; WhatsApp and email are optional contact channels after you submit the form. We do not publish your contact details on the website.

Your choices

Submitting the request allows us to contact you about that project. It does not require you to subscribe to unrelated marketing. You can ask us to correct or delete enquiry information, or stop follow-up communications, by emailinginfo@unicornrenovations.com. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Estimate accuracy

Online estimates are preliminary planning ranges, not binding quotations. Final scope, approvals, specifications, timing and pricing depend on site assessment and a written quotation.
